Caregiver

ROLE

We are looking for a reliable caregiver who will provide professional and compassionate care to our clients in their homes. This role involves carrying out daily care plans with respect and kindness, following agency guidelines and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Offer companionship through meaningful social interactions, emotional support, and engaging activities to stimulate the mind.
• Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands
• Accompany or transport clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s health, behavior, or needs.
• Help clients with mobility and movement both within the home and outdoors (such as for walks or doctor visits).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Implementing the care plan as instructed
• Keep accurate records of daily tasks, observations, and the total hours of service provided.

Our Perfect Candidate Requirements

• CNA license
• Valid Driver’s license
• Knowledge of home management skills
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a High School Diploma
• Genuine Desire to help seniors

• Documents needed:

  • Level 2 Background Check
  • Social Security Card
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States (if applicable).
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • TB test ( PPD or chest X-Ray) results
  • Evidence of CPR
• A professional and friendly attitude
• A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include night shifts

RESULTS

• CNA certification
• Complete and document all assigned tasks for each client
• Report any abnormal signs from clients
• Report abuse
• Attend all staff meeting
• Provide care in a nurturing and respectful manner.
• Ability to keep CPR and First Aid Certification current.
• Ability to report and record any and all incidents promptly.
• Have good attendance
• Keep Clients’ safe
